  • Her style is a mix between Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Jen's classes are welcome to all, no matter your level. They will challenge you and leave you peaceful, calm and relaxed.

  • Grethel turned to yoga five years ago as a means to cope with her back pain.

  • Founder, Beat Yoga Miami, the main goal is to mix appropriate music to the different yoga sessions, helping students get a better experience depending on their individual needs.
  • My passion is the music, I play piano, guitar and Ukulele.I find inspiration in the music to teach a fluent and fun yoga class. 
  • My style is mainly Vinyasa, Power Yoga with influence of Ashtanga. All levels are welcome, classes are adjusted to the student's needs.
